Awesome app, works flawlessly when ordering at my local Sonic.
The app works just fine. People just need to be smart enough to use it. you just select an amount of money that you want to be taken out of your CC account, and then that amount is debited onto your account on here and you spend it. its not that complicated. yes it might be a little hassle but you do get to redeem free items when you use the app.
I think its a great app but it needs improvement, like when you redeem a coupon there should be a redeemed history and Ive been booted out of the app a couple times, but other than those two things I think its a great app! People need to stop whining about this app
I dont know what all these complainers are blabbing about this app works just fine for me I got my phone and email and free slush and everything else loaded just fine the first time with no probs learn to use apps before you complain
I agree with some of the other reviews that say some people whine too much. I didnt have any issues other than my credit card company temporarily freezing my credit card use due to suspected fraud. But that was because I sent three gift cards to friends immediately upon sign up. Not the apps fault. Its nice getting reload bonus free food.
Ive read a few reviews, I use it a lot, Ive loaded the up with $50 a time at least 4 times. Havent experienced any problems. Ive sent my wife gift cards for her app and she likes it as well. I like being able to use the map when traveling to find a nearby Sonic, I like the ease of paying without having to scrape up cash, I also like the receipt showing on the phone in case there was a problem with my order and I like getting free stuff every once in awhile. It doesnt work for call ahead orders and at the old Sonics that dont have the screens.
I do agree with someone who stated good luck in trying to get ahold of Sonic, they have an 800 number that is basically an answering service, I tried for several days to get in touch with Corporate on a non-app issue, finally a week later I get a call from local manager. I wanted someone higher up, but the issue did get resolved.
Some bad moments
If your app is working, don't get ugly with others. The app has problems depending on where you go. With the new update, I can no longer reload my card on the app. This past week, it started asking for stall number, not the code. The problem was that I could not update the app on the phone. The Sonic App is far from perfect and is inconsistent.

I really don't understand the point of the app if you can't build an order with it
Signed up but it wouldnt send a verification to my phone
And then said I have already used my email, but wont let me sign on. Bull
This app is horrible. Ive tried multiple times to sign up for an account with different emails, everything and even tried to sign up with Facebook and it wouldnt work.
Downloaded tried everything to login or create an account and always error. Until this is fixed u get 1 star
This is not a mobile pay situation. It is a digital gift card. Im sure that sonic is banking on the unused funds and making a fortune. Add Apple Pay or google pay to make it more updated.
