Comes up short

Sonics food has improved greatly over the past year. But this app is a disappointment. Like some other things; its a good idea. But it just doesnt work. I loaded my card with $25. Then after I placed my order the menu screen didnt give me the code required to process on the app. So I had to pay $15.77 cash for our lunch after I loaded $25 on the card. Really? $40 for 2 burgers, fries, and drinks? Fortunately, after calling CS in OK and waiting 2 days they refunded my $25. But I promise the burger did not taste as good after that little fiasco.
The app is useless if they cant make it work.
