How can an app not do anything useful and still be needlessly complicated at the same time???

Why do I have to use a Sonic Card?

Why cant I just use a credit or debit card?

Why cant I use Apple Pay?

Why cant I leave tips for the car hop?

Why cant I order food from the app?

Have you looked at other restaurant apps? Taco Bell? Subway? Starbucks? Chick-fil-a?

Whoever is responsible for this mess needs to be replaced.
