Not happy

I downloaded because I heard you could get a free slushy. I created an account. I went to redeem while at sonic and it said, wait till carhop is nearby and I did, It was loading something and just crashed. It went directly to main screen and said I had nothing to redeem. I told my carhop and they were nice enough to talk to the manager and honor it anyway.
