You cant log in even with the correct Id and password try agin sonic get the bugs out and update your system

The app asks for your credit card number, but you cant use it at Sonic unless you first buy a digital gift card. Very stupid, dont waste your time.

I saw a ad for a free slush when you download the app. First of all, thats not true. You have to download the app *and* create an account. Okay, no big deal. I go to open an account with my email address and agree to verify my phone number immediately (which is requested once you input your information). As soon as I agreed, instantaneously appeared messaging that told me an account could not be created. I checked everything Id input; I made no typos. Whats the problem?

I saw a commercial today saying that you could get a free slushy when you download the Sonic app. I downloaded the app and tried to create an account since I had not before. After entering all my info and tapping "Join" it told me that my email address was already in use and to try again. I thought, perhaps, I had forgotten that I had an account so I tried "Forgot Password" and was told the system could not retrieve my password. Seriously? Whats the point in having an app if you cant even use it?

Dont like the app you cant order food from the app like you can the competition

App doesnt work. Why would you start an app when it doesnt even work. I cant reload my gift cards on the website or here. I would rather load my gift card on the main website. Im not going to hand my phone to a sonic worker for them to use my gift card money. Half the time they take my gc somewhere in the back as it is. I prefer to swipe my card outside at the card reader myself when it works.

No matter what I do, Im unable to log in to my account. Ive tried reinstalling, using my email address, using my phone number, everything. I cant do anything until Im actually able to sign in.

The only reason I got this app was for mobile pay. It doesnt work. And nowhere does it have any sort of instructions to determine if Im doing it wrong. Waste of time

I have successfully used the mobile option once out of about 4 tries. Once the money is used, I wont be refilling it. It sits at "submitting payment" forEVER, in the meantime the carhop comes out, and after making her wait, it EVENTUALLY comes back unable to submit payment.

Most of the problems in the reviews are human error on the customer or other side. Once you learn how it works, no trouble at all. The only time we had an error, Sonic fixed by comping our meal. Cant ask for better than a free meal.

I love this app, when it works. Its user-friendly and allows me to reload my card anytime. Recently it has been saying there is a system error, though, and I havent been able to reload my card. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but that didnt help. Please fix for 5 stars!

This app will not allow you to pay with a credit card. You have to purchase a gift card then buy your meal. The app is worthless without this feature. When it is added, Ill change my review.

I thought it would be nice to treat my family to a family sized homemade onion rings to go with supper. As soon as I opened the box I was a little taken aback. The onion rings were heavily battered and over fried. But they were not ruined. Everyone dug into the onion rings. The second onion ring I bit into I heard a horrible crack, shooting pain and scratching down my throat. I stopped and grabbed my napkin. I spat out the onion ring. But no tooth. I felt my tooth with my tongue but half was gone. I just cried. During the night I spat out 2 chunks of tooth. I am in horrible pain and embarrassed. Unbelievable. I love Sonic. But this is just too much.

You cannot use Mobile Pay unless you buy or use a Sonic Gift Card. Useless app unless you want to buy a gift card.

Nice try with this app, but until we are able to pay for the order with our credit card, instead of gift cards that are purchased with our credit card, the app is a waste of time.

You have to purchase a gift card to pay. You can set up a credit card but cant use it. Also, the only location it shows is in Kansas. Wth?

You can only pay with a gift card that you buy in the app. This is not designed with the customer in mind.

All of the negative reviews are kinda funny to me... This app does its job and I pay for my food with the cards I buy oh here... People are giving it 1 or 2 stars because they hate Sonics food or customer service......... This review IS NOT a review of the place you at it.... This review is a review of the actual app, which is a 5/5 in my book.
