Doesnt work at all. Took forever to receive registration code and finally when I got signed in it was unable to detect my location (yes location services was turned on). Unable to do a search, just crappy built app.

The lack of functionality on this app is amazing. I dont try to pay through the app, I gave up on that long ago. Now, sometimes I can reload a card through the app, sometimes not. Truly crappy service......fix it before you lose customers because of it.

App doesnt have the red "button" to pay. Called customer service and they cant help. Manager at local Sonic doesnt have a clue. This was supposed to make paying easier but so far has just been a nuisance. Customer service says to go online for help. Nope....delete!!

Crazy app. No way to do a mobile payment at my Sonic which is listed as having mobile payment capability.

Didnt expect much. Wasnt disappointed. Threw multiple exceptions when trying to join. Died unexpectedly just by moving from screen to screen. Really? You expect me to trust you with my credit card, when half the time you cant get the order right? How about you try again only hire some professional developers this time. Aw heck just have one of the car hops do it. They could do a btter job.

Needs Apple Pay support! Or at least a mobile payment option not dependent on a gift card. Uninstalled it.

Sonics food has improved greatly over the past year. But this app is a disappointment. Like some other things; its a good idea. But it just doesnt work. I loaded my card with $25. Then after I placed my order the menu screen didnt give me the code required to process on the app. So I had to pay $15.77 cash for our lunch after I loaded $25 on the card. Really? $40 for 2 burgers, fries, and drinks? Fortunately, after calling CS in OK and waiting 2 days they refunded my $25. But I promise the burger did not taste as good after that little fiasco. The app is useless if they cant make it work.

Signed up to charge a card to $30 to pay for a $24 meal. The code expired and it didnt go through. So now spent $54. Then ordered a shake and used the app, went up to the point of deducting the $3 and failed. DONT GET UNTIL THE APP ACTUALLY WORKS.

I cannot use the app because NOTHING works on it.

Needs Apple Pay support, kinda useless otherwise. The drive up point of sale points need Apple pay as well.

I downloaded the ap because I frequent Sonic. Hoped it might be close to Starbucks ap. But it is not. I tried to use it for mobile pay a mobile equipped Sonic and it failed. Good thing I had cash. Should at least have a contingency for that. This thing need serious work. It looks nice and does little.

Used the app for a while, recently it told me I wasnt signed in when I never signed out, I tried to log in with facebook and it tells me wrong username password combination? Thats not even the right error message... Then it wont process my debit card due to "system issues". Give me a break!

I paid for my meal using the app. It was deducted from my account. Then the menu screen said "unable to process." The manager was nice to try to take care of the situation but after 5 minutes waiting, I had to leave. I ended up paying cash and never got my money back on my digital card. So I paid twice.... Called the store later to get my money back on the card. Manager was nice but couldnt fix the problem. Avoid this beta test!

Ok... Who came up with this crap idea of buying a digital gift card? I have a credit card. You give me the option to give you that card number... But I cant just use it for individual purchases?? You know I can just swipe my card, right? Why are you making it MORE difficult? Theres also no menu or order function. Have you guys SEEN the Taco Bell app? I can order a chicken quesadilla with potatoes, bacon, extra creamy jalapeño sauce in like 12 seconds. Your app is totally useless. Get with the program.

Sorry to be so blunt but in these times where every major corporation is getting hacked, Ive decided to limit the places I store my payment info. So sonic please listen to your customers and add Apple Pay as option.

I went to a sonics that accepts mobile payment then opened my app. Afterwards the app says this sonics does not have mobile payment but clearly the one I went to has mobile payment. I am very disappointed.

Impossible to pay with app. Once payment method is selected nothing happens, there is no "pay now" button to pay or enter payment code.

New to this app tried to use it at an accepting store but couldnt use it. No way to pay. I am taking this off my phone.

How can an app not do anything useful and still be needlessly complicated at the same time??? Why do I have to use a Sonic Card? Why cant I just use a credit or debit card? Why cant I use Apple Pay? Why cant I leave tips for the car hop? Why cant I order food from the app? Have you looked at other restaurant apps? Taco Bell? Subway? Starbucks? Chick-fil-a? Whoever is responsible for this mess needs to be replaced.
